QuickTime 56k template -> huge file!!!

I just rendered a short 5 minute video as a Quicktime MOV
using the 56K template and the resultant fle was over 100
MB! Then I rendered the same with the 100K template and
the resultant file was 28MB. Help, what's happening?

It sounds like a change has been made to the template-
perhaps the video is being rendered as uncompressed.

Actually, this is kind of strange because VF has fixed
templates for WM, RM, and QT (my bad).

Are you sure you didn't render as an uncompressed avi? That
is the default template and many people have mistakenly
used this.

If you are positive you used mov/56, post again here and
I'll track down a FileFormat engineer with the fix-
