QuickTime Version?

Hello All:

My hard drive crashed so I'm in process of restoring all of my programs and data on a new hard drive.

I'm running SVMSPP 9.0b, soon to upgrade to 10.0. Do we need QuickTime 7.6? (As opposed to QuickTime 7.6.6 or some other QuickTime 7.6.x version?)

VMS 9 needs Quicktime 7.6.2 or earlier.
VMS 10 should work with any version, including 7.6.6.

Using VMS HD v10.

I don't have any Quicktime versions installed. What am I missing out on by not have QT installed?

You will not have support for MOV, TIF, most MP4, and a few others.
