Recently the Radial Blur effect has completely broken for me, I use sony vegas 14 and have never had problems with it before but now it looks like this

I've seen people saying to turn the GPU acceleration off but I have and nothing changed, I recently got an new monitor so that could be the source but aside from that I don't see anything that could be causing this. If you know how to fix this please let me know.
