radio ad format

Anybody know where I can find the format for a 60 sec radio ad script?

Or find radio ads online? I'm trying to do a parody of "Nitro-burning funny cars" dragstrip ad

What do you mean by 'format'?

FOr delivery, sample rates, that sort of thing? We use Fastchannel to deliver almost all radio spots to stations...otherwise audio Cds are acceptable.
