Rapid back n forth between shots?

What's the simplest way to accomplish this in Vegas? Can I do it through transition? Or multi-tracks?

just use cuts. it's as simple as it looks in the movies. :D

I would use two tracks and just cut the one to reveal the other at the edit points you want.

There is no easy way to do it, unless you want to write a script.

back in V5, there was a bug with the flash effect, instead of actualy flashing, the entire duration of teh transition would randomnly cycle through indiviiiiiiual frames from both clips which actually looked rather cool!
I wish there was an actual transtition whih did this though!! Would save ALOT of cutting...
