Re-align clips after changing project frame rate

I changed my project frame rate from 25fps to 23.976, which I should have done right at the start since it's the frame rate of almost all my sources. Now all the clips on the timeline are misaligned. In some cases the little ticks on the clips don't match the ticks on the timeline, which feels like a bad thing, so I have to go into the Trimmer to remake the clip. Quantize to Frames is no help here.

Short of manually aligning and resizing every single one, is there any way to automatically align clip frames to project frames?

Using Vegas Movie Studio 9.0b.

EDIT: Apparently the little black ticks on the clips are just to mark the preview images on the timeline, so I needn't worry about them. (Still gets on my nerves, though. Like an unfinished parenthesis.

For anyone with a similar problem, you can set Vegas to mark unquantized frames in red. Go to Options > SHIFT+Preferences > Internal > filter by "quantized" > set "Show unquantized event start" and "Show unquantized event end" to TRUE. Detailed instructions here.
