re: convert to jpeg

i downloaded a video project i did over the weekend
in it is a great shot of a friend i would like to convert to a jpeg file and ultimately print out as a picture.
i looked through the sonic foundry "search" but found nothing relating to the subject
does anyone know if this is possible?>
if it is, do mind explaining it to me

At the top of the Video Preview window (on the right end of the row of buttons), there is a button that looks like a standard "Save" icon. When you hover your mouse over this button, the ToolTip reads "Save Timeline Snapshot to File. Click this button to capture the image at the current cursor position in the timeline to a JPEG.

i took a few "snapshots" and emailed them already
tomorrow i will get some photo quailty paper and print them
