Re-Installing Movie Studio 17

I got VEGAS Movie Studio 17 in 2020 and uninstalled it in mid 2021 due to lack of space. After being able to upgrade my PC this year I want to download this software again but whenever I try to install it, it pauses at 0% and won't go from where it is. I already tried making changes to my Firewall and my antivirus to no avail. Am I missing something, or should I be adding something else to the installation? Any suggestions are more than welcome.

What upgrade did you do to your PC?

Is it the download that stalls at 0%, or does it complete and the installation then fails. If it's the download that is failing try using a different browser.

I increased the RAM and the drive space, so my computer at the moment has 64 GB of RAM and approximately 3 TB of drive, which about half is free. Also It stalls at 0%
