I'm sure I've done this in Platinum 12... now I'm using Platinum 13 and can't seem to re=position picture in picture.  What I'm really trying to do is position 3 seperate videos across the screen.  So I crop one and it sits (cropped) in the center of my screen.  So I try using the cookie cutter function (picture in picture mode), enlarge the image to full size... it's still sitting in the center of the screen.  I try to re-position it to the left and it doesn't move.  Like I said, I'm sure I was able to do this in 12... is there a setting somewhere that's off?  ...or am I missing something somewhere?
