i'd try 1 more time:

concerning the RGB PARADE, what is my minimum and maximum
number that my colors have to fall between to ensure Broadcast
Safety? Are there 2 easily defined numbers that I have to stay within?

Also, I have the same question for the WAVEFORM monitor...
When analyzing the darks and brights of my image, what numbers
do I have to stay between in order to ensure BROADCAST SAFETY?
