Just wanted to drop a brief note here and hopefully ease some minds regarding a few topics that have come up.
If you purchased Vegas 5 or Vegas+DVD before receiving the promotional email, we will definitely take care of you. We have been experiencing heavier than average call volume today, and apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. We are working on better load balancing for our system, and should have the issues resolved shortly. If not by the end of today, this definitely shouldn't be an issue tomorrow.
