reactivate dvd architect

I have a 2016/17 install of Sony Vegas which is still active - I also have a trial version of DVD Architect 5 - this is no longer active but i beleive it was registered - your system seems to recognise the serial number - is there a way i can reactivate the DVD Architect 5 software ?I have tried to generate an activation code on your system but I cant get it to work? hope you can assist - what information do you need?  thanks Mark -

If your trial of DVDA5 was registered then it's long past its 30 day trial period. Unfortunately Magix no longer sell DVDA and 5 is an old version. Version 7 was the latest prior to DVDA being discontinued.

This is a user forum so we are not able to assist. You could try contacting Magix at infoservice@magix.net but I doubt if there's anything that can be done as you only had a trial registration. It would be different if you had purchased at the time.

Thanks Ill try them - very frustrating as I need to convert some legacy video and have all of the DVDA sw on my HDD and just need that code activate it -
