I have a Powercore and an UAD-1 wich generally works fine with Vegas.
A lot of plugins will often amx the CPU so I need to render the tracks with effects. The problem is that neither bypassing other plugins, muting other tracks or soloing the current track will actually minimize the load on the CPU. And ie UAD-1 doesn't tell me wich plugin it has chosen to disable...The only solution is to disable plugins from other tracks and risk losing info on settings.
Am I missing something here?
In Sonar you have the option to archive tracks wich means no stress on the CPU and I'm looking for something similar in Vegas-5.
