Just curious, what is your source audio sampling rate and the audio output sampling rates you have tested? Are you using the RealMedia 9 audio codec?

I've tried quite a few, but generally a "windows PCM wav file" (44,100Hz, 16 bit stereo), I've also tried with a MPG (VCD), MPEG2 (SVCD), WMV....
I don't see a RealMedia 9 audio codec option. I have stereo, RA8, surround.

I found that using the 2-pass encoding also breaks multiple audience encoded files. When I choose a single audience with 2-pass encoding, everyhting works fine. I get a file over 10k. As soon as I add another audience to the encoding process, the file is under 10k, and will not play. I can add mulitple audienced and remove the 2-pass encoding, and everything plays fine (minus the quality)

I think were ready for 4.0c
