Realtime? Do you mean Real Media? If so, then not legally. Real Networks does not allow .rm files to be converted to any other format. There have been a few underground hacks available but Real cracks down on them as soon as they find them and makes the hack providers withdraw them. Maybe someone else has a copy of one downloaded they would be willing to share with you.
