Recognising graphics processor

My desktop computer has a GeForce GTX-970 graphics processor.
When using the Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 operating systems, the graphics processor was always automatically recognised by Vegas Pro 13.
In Options – Preferences – Video – GPU acceleration of Video processing, you could select the GeForce GTX-970 processor from a menu with three options (OFF, Intel Corporation HD Graphics 4600 and NVidia Corporation GeForce GTX-970)
The computer is now using the Windows 10 operating system and Options – Preferences – Video – GPU acceleration of Video processing is set by default to OFF, without any menu option to select the graphics processor. Is this a bug in W10 or VP13?
I did not change any settings in VP13 when installing Windows 10 and I have since tried reinstalling VP13 without success.
Can anyone please advise me on how to get VP13 to recognise the graphics processor under Windows 10.

Thanks Old Smoke.
I had previously tried your suggestion re Open CL Memory Filter Size without success.
The Size Setting is 384 and I presume that is 384 Mb, but the GeForce GTX-970 graphics processor has 4 Gb of memory.
Also, that 384 setting is the same in both my Windows 8.1 laptop where the graphics processor is automatically recognised, and in my Windows 10 desktop computer where it is not recognised.
Are there any other ways of getting the graphics processor recognised by VP13 in a Windows 10 system?

Did you upgrade to Windows 10 or do a clean install? Many here have reported issues after updating the OS but had great success with a clean install. Also make sure in your BIOS that the discrete GPU is set as primary.
