Recommanded CPU and GPU for VEGAS Pro

I want to have some information about recommanded CPU and GPU for VEGAS Pro.

For CPU first, between AMD and Intel, which is the best CPU mark for performance?
It is true that Intel CPU are better than AMD CPU for VEGAS Pro because they've used Intel Quick Sync Video (QSV) instructions?

For GPU, I would like to know if exists some differences on performances in VEGAS Pro by using a NVIDIA Quadro card or an AMD Radeon Pro card instead a standard NVIDIA RTX card or a standard AMD Radeon card? And which kind of GPU is better for encoding and rendering on VEGAS Pro between AMD and NVIDIA?

I don't found any kind of benchmark on the Internet for VEGAS Pro only. So could you tell me more about that? That's could me help to upgrade my PC.

Intel CPUs with Intel Quicksync has still an advantage, especially if you wish to edit HEVC 422 footage.

The GPU becomes more and more important in Vegas too - for AI and the effect calculation. I would go for a nvidia RTX card (not really significant advantages of Quadro cards). With 12 or better 16GB ram for the future. AMD GPUs - sorry to say so, but we have seen again and again driver issues with those cards.

You can see two benchmarks in my signature. Use the filter function to compare like with like (only NVIDIA GPU, etc.)

I wouldn't spend more for Quadro or Pro cards as other than VRAM they don't seem to have benefits and cost much more.

You can't really go wrong with modern CPU
