Recompression of Quicktime DV files

I have Quicktime DV files that I would like to cut only
edit, and then render out with out recompression in Vegas,
but cannot get it to work.

So, does the cut only editing which allows for the files to
be rendered without recompression only work for AVI files?

Dan have you ensured that your project settings are
identical to the original media.

Press ALT + Enter to open the Project Properties dialog,
with the Video tab selected, on the right-hand-side of this
dialog box you will see a folder icon, this doesn't browse
for other templates, but does 'Match Media Settings'
allowing you to browse for media, which Vegas will make the
current template match exactly.

Sorry- Quicktime always gets recompressed. Non-temporal avi
(such as "NTSC DV") does not.
