I was wondering.. Will this product work similar to Cubasis? I have a Tascom US122 to connect my guitar with the USB port. The US122 came with a version of Cubasis, but I have learned ther Pinnacle is not offering the newest version in the US. So I have not tried Vegas, but was wondering if it could be configuered to see the US122 over the USB port? Does anyone know about this?

I have a us 122 and it works fine with vegas. If you explain exactly what you wish to accomplish, people will be more than willing to tell you if vegas is suitable.
