Recording

I am trying the demo version this week. I like a lot of
what I see BUT . . . .

When I hit record, the system usually freezes or seems to
record only a small little element. It asks me to save it
but when I try to open it isn't really a track - empty???

I hear the audio E/E but it does not record.

Also, the program in which I need to import a WAV file olny
imports mono tracks and I cannot figure out how to render a
mono-only WAV file.

Is this a toy?

This is not the software at fault. What is your system? You can do
everything that you ask;render to mono...Read the help files and ye
should be good.;-)
Something in your system is not happy.I wish I could be more help but
again my theory is try it again, from reinstalling it,and try to trace
how it happens.

Hi Walter -
You can definitely do all that you are asking and Vegas is most
certainly not a toy (although it's as easy as some). Feel free to
email me today if you need more help. I have a few windows in my day.

Charles.
