recording help

hello

i'm having troubles recording using my soundforge.
i have put in the drum beats but i can't seem to record the guitar parts synchronized with the drum beats, is there an easy way to do this?

Have you tried using Vegas instead? Vegas is true multitracking and lets you play back a track you've already recorded while adding a new track.

yea u should really use Vegas or Cakewalk or something like that. Sound Forge is really just a secondary support program for these true multi track programs

Duuno about -'seondary support pro5gram-'. Sfor5ge is a stereo audio editor. Ve5gas (etc) are multitrack audio recorders w6hic6h are different animals entirely.

Yes he should be using a multitrack app for what he wants.
