I hope this isn't a stupid question, but I am totally new
to this and will ask anyway. How exactly do you go about
transfering a recording, tape, cd,etc..., onto a PC? Is
there some type of adapter that plugs into the sound card?
Where might I get the proper accessories necessary to
transfer music onto my hard drive?
Also is there a shareware or freeware software available
for idiots, like me, that don't know what they are doing
yet, and don't want to spend any real money until they
figure it out?
All I want to do is record songs off of tapes or cds and be
able to slow down the tempo. Possibly some editing, but
nothing expert.
