Red clip outlines

Hello. I am editing video in Vegas Pro 19 and have noticed that there is a red outline on each of my clips. I'm not sure how I turned this feature on, but it is super distracting to me. Does anyone know what this is, and how to turn it off? Thank you.

It's really important and you want to keep it on. You see the vertical lines? Those are frame boundaries. Your frames don't line up with it and won't edit or render properly.

Ensure "quantize to frames" is enabled, and then move the clips until they hit the frame boundaries and the red disappear. You might have to trim the end of the event to make it align with the frame boundary.
