Red frames in 9.0c 64 bit

I know the problem has been posted before but just wanted to reiterate that it was essentially impossible to do a short (sub 3 minute) slide show the other day due to the .jpg's showing up as red frames, flickering, going black, etc. Never had that problem in six years of using Vegas. I have been using the same machine for five of those years, nary a problem. The idea that quality could drop so much in a release was really disappointing. Literally impossible to put the piece together. Tried converting to .png's, same problem.

Opened up 9.0c 32 bit and had essentially no problems completing the edit and rendering. So, all ended well, but man was certainly frustrating as it was totally random behavior and made everything take five times longer than it should have.

Many here had the same problem with 9.0c 64 bit. Sony recognized it too -- fixed in 9.0d 64 bit. Plus 9.0d has some nice new features. So far 9.0d running very smooth for me.
