That's good news. I downloaded the Trial for PluralEyes 4 but it doesn't get past the screen that asks you for a serial number. You are suppose to be able to close that screen during the Trial period (14 days) and continue on to use the product, but closing that screen closes PluralEyes. Love to try it as I think I can do an upgrade to PluralEyes 4 for $99 .. I assume they will fix this "trial version" problem. Meanwhile, it's annoying.
Red Giant support responded concerning their download Trial Version of PluralEyes 4 -- problem with it .. they sent me a link to download SSuite_Win_Full 13.1.1 trial version. The PluralEyes contained within that works with V14. SSuite_Win_Full 13.1.2 does not at the moment. Got it going. Now I'll give it a try.
Ok Grazie. I've used PluralEyes 4 a few times now. It works. It has something for long sections of audio to avoid "drift" .. not sure if that was in Version 3 or how important that is .. Likely Version 4 takes longer than old Version 2 which was still my favorite. Most things I do are fairly simple and Version 2 worked unattended. No need to click on "Synchroize or Export to Timeline". Version 2 just did it .. Apparently there is no way to use this as a stand alone with Vegas. It's purely a plugin. You need to start on the Vegas timeline and export back to the timeline. Meanwhile, it works and for those of us using separate recorders for sound, I think it's a very welcome thing to have in V14.
