Hi everyone,

I recently purchased VEGAS Pro Suite 23 and I’m having trouble redeeming two bundled items:

proDAD Hide V2 (G3)

Hub Service Starter Pack (G5)

Both items are listed as included with my purchase. In the email with my serial keys it specifically says “Redeemable within your video editing software” for these two items, however I cannot find any option inside VEGAS Pro 23 to redeem or activate it.

Neither item appears in MAGIX products, and when I try to redeem them on magix site it is an invalid key

System Info:

Software: VEGAS Pro 23 (Suite)

OS: Windows 10 64-bit

Questions:

How do I access / redeem and install proDAD Hide V2 (G3) & Hub Service Starter Pack (G5)

I just want to make sure I’m not missing something obvious, and that these bundled products are properly activated.
