redownloading/reinstalling BorixFx Primatte Studiio (Vegas Pro 19)

How can Primatte Studio be redownloaded to reinstall as it is already registered once?
As per the instruction to install Primatte Studio, it asks to register the key provided. This page gives message that the key is already registered and so doesn't give any download link. No other instruction found on redownloading in such case.
