Register product every time it starts?

I've read the other posts, is the only way to stop the constant registration pop up on starting the application to uninstall the program and wipe out all trace of it's existence? That seems like an excessive effort for what seems to be a simple corrupt registration file on the PC that retriggers this action every start up.

MAGIX Movie Edit Pro Premium - Version 20.0.1.80

I've tried everything in the forums to keep the video and audio in sync and nothing, uninstalled/reinstalled twice now. About to write off this purchase.
