registration problems

i have re-installed my svms9 after putting windows7 on pc - everytime i try to register online it wont let me. have tried it from diff pc and still cannot get it to register. any advice? it wld help if there was a support e mail

A little bit more information other than "it won't let me" please.

Did you register it before?

Did you go on-line an fine the serial number for that registration?

i re-downloaded directs from sonycreative site and followed instructions, i get error message saying "the server was unable to complete the registration"

then when i try from different pc i get the following error message "The server was unable to complete the registration as requested. [-41]
