Reinstall VF on new machine

I had to send my laptop off for repair, so while it was gone I purchased and installed VideoFactory 2.0 and the MPEG plug in and installed them on a desktop. I have now received my laptop back and want to install the program on there. I am able to install VideoFactory with no problem, but I can't get it to activate the MPEG plug in. I followed the instructions in the email accompanying the purchase but to no avail. Does anyone know what is going on?

Call Customer Service. I had the same problem. Several times. If your PC isn't connected to the Internet, then the "code" you get via email is a crap shoot at best.

I was afraid you were going to say that since Customer Service is only 9-5 M-F and this happened just after 5 on Friday :)
