Remove Media - still over 4gb?

Ok, successfully created a 2 chapter DVD.

Prepared and burnt. Done. Excellent!

I now want to reuse same project BUT swap-out previous MPG and AC3 files with replacements files. Similar sizes.

I've tried drag and plop, replace and remove options but all come back with around 6 to 8gb in the RED warning DISC SPACE used icon - bottom right.

WHY!?!?

I do NOT want to start from fresh, that's just plain silly . . .

Greetings from across the pond!
After you remove the previous mpg and ac3 save the file to a different name and restart. See if that will clear out the cache. Then go back in and add the new files. If it still comes up with a wrong space amount, try burning anyways as DVDA is apparantly notorious for over estimating.
