Removing a Script

Perhaps I'm missing something, but how do you remove a script from the "Tool-Scripting" drop down menu?

I know of no way to actually remove one. However, you CAN replace one with another script.

Press CTRL-SHIFT-Number to replace. This will pop up a dialog so you can select the replacement script.
