I'm not sure if this changed between V8 and V9 (or if I'm just getting too old to remember how I did this in V8), but there was a way in V8 to remove the Audio fx that are automatically added to an audio track by default (Track Noise Gate, Track EQ, Track Compressor).

I hate that these are added without me putting them in personally, as several times I've worked with audio in Sound Forge, then put the audio file on a Vegas track, and it changes the sound sort of "behind the scenes."

Does anyone know how to remove these fx being added by default?
