Removing Wind Noise from Soundtrack using VMS 9

Hello,

I recently shot some ocean video and I when I loaded the movie track in VMS9 I realized I did not have the wind cut feature on the microphone via the camcorder. Now I'm stuck with great video and ocean sound, but have a distracting wind noise on the soundtrack. Is there a way to remove it or cut it down using VMS9?

Sad to say, wind is one of the most nearly impossible things to eliminate after it's already recorded. There's not much that any software can do about it.
