I'm working on a DVD project that includes four titles (movies) that I put together in Vegas Studio. I'm still making changes to the movies, and from time to time I make a new DVD that includes the changes.

I want to incorporate the changes with a minimum of reinventing the wheel, but I don't know what to do about filenames.

When I change a movie, I give it a new name (with date and time info) to avoid confusion. But then I mess up my DVD project, which expects a movie with the old name.

I'm not sure if the DVD project can handle it if the name stays the same but the movie changes in content or length (my former lesser DVD program was totally confused by this).

Who can give me some advice on this?
