Render always causing frozen frames

Hi there.

I have a 14min long project. No matter what render encoding I use (mp4, avi, main concept etc) my project always spits out frozen frames.

ie: it would render and playback fine for the first 4 min, and then the picture would freeze on a frame but the audio would continue normally.

I've not been able to export a proper video AT ALL since paying for this program. Can I either have my money back and I'll move to premiere, or please help me with this problem.

I have a deadline to meet!

Hey,
You might want to email the technical team directly on this issue.. I understand your frustrations.. Im not sure what can cause this issue.. I know at times i get some lagging during my playback preview screen, but after rendering it the end result plays fine. If you fine a solution please post..

what are you using to playback the rendered video?

If you have a deadline you need to give as much info about what you're doing for us to help.
