Render Crashing

I'm using Neo HDV files in an HDV project and while the editing is working fine, whenever I try to prerender or export files in the same format I get a codec error message. I just tried rendering some NEO files in Vegas 7 with the same settings and experienced no crashing.

Anybody else seeing this?

Which version of 7 did you successfully render in?

The plot thickens. I just restarted my computer and was able to render in Vegas 8. Hoping this was just a fluke.
