Render glitch

Sometimes when i prerender some tracks glitches for a few frames, for example one frame there is a clip in another there isnt anymore, same goes for rendering

What version of Vegas? What render settings?

If you want to search yourself it could be something with "dynamic ram preview" if this is <VP 19.
