Render HD video to be played on xbox

I know I have seen a thread on this somewhere here and I could not find it in the search.
If I want to burn an HD file that will play on my XBOX 360 but on a standard DVD, what render format do I use?
Again, I know this has been answered, sorry to be a pain.

x264 is free, but the audio has to be stereo lc-aac. Super will do the conversion.
Create an MP4.

WMV also plays well on the XBOX.

Now, to play those from a DVD source - not sure.
