Render HDV timeline

Hi

I have a timeline with 1080 50i footage, stills, text overlays, generated media etc.

Which settings would you advice me to use for export - want to export for best "value for money" PC playback, and not only dual cores with 512 MB graphicscards etc. ;-) Would probably prefer WMV.

For simple PC Playback, I almost always use the 3Meg/Sec preset.
I think, by and large, bang for buck, this setting rocks.

Edit: Wups... I just now noticed you asked about HDV. Sorry... I was stuck in SD/DV mode.
...Never mind.
