Render Help... Can't choose Main Concept

What's wrong? Vegas will only allow me to render as a Windows Media Video V11... Project properties was set to NTSC DV Widescreen. Footage was shot in HD. Used 2 video and spliced a lot. When I click Mainconcept it's grayed out and won't let me select.

My movie is a compilations of spliced clips from two video files and an audio soundtrack added to the video sound track. Do I need to marry these together somehow before rendering? Is so, how do I do that?

Or do I have to select everything and render to a new track...

Did you expand MainConcept MPEG-2 so you can see the list of templates? Click on the little triangle to the left. You'll need to choose one of the templates for the render. Those templates with an "=" (equals sign) indicate their settings match your project settings (frame size, frame rate, etc.).

That works.

Now what would be the better option ?

DVD Architect NTSC widescreen
or
DVD Architect 24P NTSC widescreen

Is your source 24 or 29.97? Match that.

I set the Canon HF-R10 to FXP mode and went with the defaults.

I believe it is actually 60i. It has settings for both 24p and 30p, but then the manual says "recorded as 60i"...
