Both Neon and Batch Render Pro will do this.

jetdv - Right on!

I hadn't installed my BatchRender Pro 1.1 on my new system only cause I hadn't had any projects that required me to BatchRender. I never even noticed that this option was available.

It did exactly what I needed it to do. Thanks for that piece of software.
Here's why I needed it to do that:
VEGAS 5 is my NLE but I like to use Encore DVD because of how awesome it integrates with all the other Adobe Products. (wish DVD2 would integrate 1/2 as smooth) Since Encore doesn't recognize my markers as chapters, I am now gonna add these clips to my Encore DVD project as chapters. I don't know if it will do a slight pause between chapters or what during continuos play. Hopefully the end actions will allow me to hook it up the way I see it in my head.

Thanks for BatchRender Pro! v1.1 aint no joke!

I just made available a beta release of a script called CaptureCutter that will render regions to separate files. It was mainly designed to break large captured video files into smaller files, but also works well to render any project to multiple files. For more info, go to:
