Render stops at 3.99 GB

Render stops at 3.99 GB, am I having a file size issue? Is
there a setting that I can change? Do I have to split it
into smaller files?

You are hitting the file size limit. Smaller files, or
switching to Win2k/NTFS drives is your only option
