Render Time in DVDA

Alright, I'm not having any problems with DVD Architect up until this point. I am preparing a DVD, and when going through the render i get a normal time for the video (5-7 hours, its big), but then at the 90% completed mark, when it starts rendering audio, i get an ungodly 1189 hours to completion. Any ideas?

Do you have the same issue if you render audio directly from Vegas? Are you going to AC3?

I had one project that really used a lot of time rendering to AC3 - way beyond normal; it would render to wave quickly, but took overnight to do the AC3 - the only thing I can figure was that there was a lot of noise which was upsetting the encoder (wind noise, so I couldn't really do much about it).
