Is there anything I can install into Vegas that will enable me to render out .m4v files from Vegas for Apple TV? Currently, to acheive this, I have to export an .avi or .mov first, then load that into Quicktime Pro, then export that as Apple TV from there.
Thank you for the reply, michaelshive, but the guide that you linked to will produce a .mp4 file (which is fine for Apple TV). The client specifically asked for .m4v files, though (for some reason, his Final Cut system has a problem with the Main Concept codec). I browsed through all of the export formats in Vegas and none of them (as far as I know) produce .m4v files. Unfortunetly, I have to use Quicktime Pro to render out .m4v files.
I was wondering if there is someway or trick to get Vegas to use Quicktime Pro's formats/settings/templates in Vegas. Basically, I want to be able to render out .m4v files directly from Vegas.
