Render to .MOV

Can someone explain the 3 options under the Streaming tab when using a custom render to .MOV:
- Fast Start
- Fast Start with compressed header
- Hinted Streaming

I would like to prepare a 3 minute video under Vegas 5 for a website

Not sure what are the best settings

Any help would be great

- Fast Start with compressed header if you are not streaming it (ussually) ...

if you are streaming it -- use hinted streaming
