rendered file is black

Hello

I can not render this file: https://marcinzmyslowski.synology.me:444/download.php?plik=Magix_error_172.MP4

Video rendered in Vegas Pro 23 (any build) is completely dark/black.

When I stabilize this video using Mercalli Prodad SAL (Standalone version, not as a plugin to Vegas) and save output stabilized footage to ProRes mov, the video renders successfuly in Vegas Pro 23 when I change the extension from mov to mp4.

Can you help me fixing this issue? Sometimes I don't want to stabilize footage.

I have Nvidia RTX 5090 Tuf Gaming graphics card.

Regards

Marcin

My first video software was Pinnacle, next one was Sony Vegas 8 (I am not sure if remember it correctly). I am also a developer and wedding movie operator and editor. I also created my own plugin for Audio To Text feature specified usage from Vegas Pro 19. I created proxy creation plugin which uses multiple GPU threads (maximum 3) to create proxy files for Vegas Pro. I also written many others plugin/softwares which enhance my video editing, also wedding editing.

What are your render settings?

I was able to render with these settings. The difference is maybe the hardware? You might have to update your Signature to show what you are using now.

Already trying to download that file is an issue.

I have noticed that problem is related with my Nvidia RTX 5090 graphics card.

When I turn off GPU optimalization, output rendered file is ok. It is not black. I see footage in Preview window in Vegas Pro 23.

When I turn on GPU optimalization, output rendered file is completely black. I am not able to even see footage in Preview window in Vegas Pro 23.

I tried to reinstall latest drivers using clean installation, but it didn't fix the issue.

I render to 4K 25p.

It's downloading only with a few KB/s, which takes ages to download

@3POINT I don't know what happens, because I have 600 Mbps fiber internet. Maybe it is the problem with long distance between Poland and your country.

@Reyfox In my case it is not issue with render settings, becuase I am not even able to see video in preview window while editing. I tried to render to AVC, AV1 and Voukoder. All of these render settings render me a black output file.

2 weeks ago I had NVidia RTX 4070 Super and everything worked fine. A few days ago I upgraded my GPU to Nvidia Asus RTX 5090 Tuf Gaming and this issue appeared.
I have been always using Nvidia Studio drivers installed via Nvidia App.

I'm wondering who can afford such Graphic Cards, pricing of a few thousand euros I see when searching internet, and for what purpose?
