Anyone else get this problem? I had finished a project of
about 45 min in length, rendered it, and dropped it back to
DV tape fine. This was on version 2.0. I then upgraded to
version 2.0a. Opened the video up in VV and made some
changes. Then i rerendered it. Rendered fine...kind of.
Any .avi player will only recognize and play the first 4:42
of the 45 minute video. The capture software will only
send the first 4:42 back to DV tape. I have done nothing
different other than simply install the upgrade. When i
looked at the video's properties in Windows Explorer i saw
that the video part of it does not have any data rate info
listed and only recognizes the first 8466 frames. I've
done many, many, many tests of all kinds and can not get
rid of the problem. When i open the video in VV all 45
minutes are there and play fine. Windows Explorer sees all
9.8 gigs of it...but no .avi player plays it all. What
gives? Haven't heard back yet from SF tech support.
Anyone else have the problem? People are waiting for their
video.
