If I want to later burn to SVCD or DVD using a program like Nero, when I click 'Make Movie' and the choose 'Save to Hard Disk', should I change format to MPEG-2?
Not sure if I bring an AVI file as part of a NEro project if it will change it to to an MPEG2 automatically.
The Main Concept MPEG2 encoder in Screenblast is probably better than anything Nero is using. I would render it as MPEG2 using the SVCD template right from Screenblast. Then do another using the DVD template if you want to make both. This saves you the encoding later, saves you disk space now, and probably will provide better results.
