I bought this thinking all this would be included. And what's with the bundle plug-in effects with came with my purchase? Some, most are crossed out?

This would seem to be different to the rendering issue and likely relates to a BorisFX plugin add-on. The extra BorisFX is limited to one FX, not the entire BCC suite - hence the red crosses on the unlicensed FX. Please see
about how to install your licensed BorisFX plugin without getting the unlicensed plugins showing. It's the same process regardless of the Vegas Pro version that is being used.
